Getting your Mobile Home ready to move.

Tires must be legal, not wore out, thred must be 1/4th inch.

Tire size must be    8-14.5 size in good condition. (  7-14.5 not allowed)  A little weather cracking is OK for short trips.

Bad Tires are a safety violation, the same as on your car. Bad tires will not pass safety inspection. The difference is the fine. Sometimes up to $300.00

All Electric Brakes on trailer  must be wired. (if you need instructions on this call me.)

Trailer must be empty. Fridge, stove, washer, dryer  OK  (trailer not made to carry heavy loads)

Swamp coolers, awning flashing, porch lights, hose racks, TV disk, wires, insulation hanging down under trailer must be removed.

The legal height is 14' high. Stove pipes, vents may be higher than 14'. (Requires a special DOT Permit)

Don't forget, we rent Axles and tires for mobile homes.
Also rollers for Double wide trailers. Rentals
